WHO IS DJ GIO
Jovany Hernandez AKA DJ GIO is a full-time Dj with over 20 years of experience. Acquiring his associate’s degree in broadcasting communications was the highlight of his young Dj career. Catering to millions over the years, while specializing in open format mixing and djing, he is always known to make sure everyone has the greatest of times.
He has had the opportunity to cater to really important clients such as Pat Riley, Alex Rodriguez, and having the privilege to Dj and Mc at both Hard Rock Stadium, and American Airlines Arena.
He worked for 4 years as a full-time DJ/MC at señor frogs Miami. Entertaining people from all over the world was the highlight of his career
Jovany Hernandez was born and raised in Homestead -Miami Florida, where he resides with his wife and son. He loves what he does and takes pride in his work, knowing that in the industry there are no do-overs, so you always have to be on top of your work.
DJ Gio is playing any style of music.
DJ Gio was a well-known DJ and entertainer from Sacramento, California, whose real name was Giovanni Isidro Razo Pizano. He tragically died in April 2022, at the age of 31, in what police said was a robbery attempt.
DJ Gio was known for his energetic performances and his ability to engage with the crowd. He started learning to DJ at a young age and became a prominent figure in Sacramento’s music scene. He also had a vision of inspiring young people to pursue their dreams of becoming DJs.
Following his death, family and friends came together to honor his life and legacy, establishing a foundation in his name to support families affected by gun violence and inspire the next generation of DJs. His family has also worked to showcase and sell some of his belongings, including his DJ equipment and clothing, to raise money for the foundation.
In addition to the Sacramento DJ, there’s another DJ named DJ Gio, DJ Gio NYC, who runs an entertainment company specializing in luxury events in New York City.
